At EzitMall, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was marked delivered by the carrier to request a return.

2. Item Condition Requirements

• RC Vehicles & Drones: Must be in clean, un-crashed, and un-modified condition. Items must include all original transmitter remotes, LiPo batteries, USB/balance chargers, manuals, spare propellers, and manufacturer packaging.
• Scale Model Kits & Figures: Must be unassembled with internal plastic parts runner trees sealed in original factory plastic bags.

3. Restocking Fees

$0.00 (Zero Restocking Fee)
We do NOT charge any restocking or handling fees on returned merchandise.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: EzitMall covers 100% of return shipping costs with a prepaid return label.
• Customer Remorse (Changed Mind / Ordered Wrong Item): Customer covers return postage or flat $5.99 label deduction.

5. Refund Processing Time

Upon receipt and inspection within 1 to 2 business days, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
