Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials included.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Collectible items that show signs of use, display wear, or modification (such as custom paint, decal removal, or damaged packaging) will not be accepted for return.
Non-returnable Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or contain missing parts. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us at support@ezitmall.com and ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift code or credit will be emailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent directly to the original purchaser.

Return shipping is completely free. EzitMall covers all costs associated with returning your item.
For high-value collectibles (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a valid tracking number.
