EzitMall does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit/debit card details — all payment information is processed directly by PayPal.


Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.


Failed or Declined Payments

If your PayPal transaction fails or is declined, please verify your PayPal account balance, linked payment method, or billing details before trying again.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

  • All refunds will be issued through PayPal using the same account used during checkout.

  • Please allow several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your PayPal account or linked bank/card.

  • If you believe there has been an unauthorized or incorrect transaction, please contact EzitMall Support immediately. You may also open a dispute directly through your PayPal Resolution Center.


Fraud Prevention

To maintain a secure shopping environment, EzitMall may request additional verification or identification for certain transactions.
Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be canceled and refunded immediately.
